This equipment is a combination of a dry sanding belt station and six sets of universal sanding roller brush stations. It is mainly used to process the edges and holes of workpieces, deburr them, and realize surface drawing, descaling, polishing and other processing of metal plates. The burrs generated during stamping, shearing, laser cutting, plasma cutting, flame cutting and other processes can be removed in all directions at one time, so that all edges and holes of the workpiece can achieve a small R arc effect. The processing process is safe and reliable, and the workpiece can achieve perfect quality.

Applicable to flat plate parts, carbon steel plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, copper plates, titanium alloys, various non-ferrous metals, rubber and plastic materials, etc.

2. Vacuum negative pressure adsorption conveying and feeding (suitable for stainless steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates, etc. that are not magnetically adsorbed. Workpiece size ≥50mm×50mm)

Four-column synchronous lifting, independent lifting of roller brush stations, lifting servo control, accuracy 0.01mm.

The whole machine CNC PLC touch screen adjusts the processing parameters.

Equipped with wet vacuum cleaners or industrial pulse vacuum cleaners to handle grinding dust and achieve environmentally friendly production.
