Equipment configuration

1. Equipment processing width: 400mm, 650mm, 1050mm, 1350mm.

1. 400mm width consists of four planetary brushes, a single brush rotates, and the entire brush assembly revolves

2. 650mm width consists of 5 staggered brushes, two adjacent brushes rotate forward and backward, and the entire brush assembly swings horizontally in the vertical direction of the feed.

3. 1050mm width consists of 7 staggered brushes, two adjacent brushes rotate forward and backward, and the entire brush assembly swings horizontally in the vertical direction of the feed.

4. 1350mm width consists of 9 staggered brushes, two adjacent brushes rotate forward and backward, and the entire brush assembly swings horizontally in the vertical direction of the feed.

2. Optional feeding methods:

(1) Conveyor belt + rubber roller clamp feeding (applicable to all flat workpieces. Workpiece length ≥300mm).

(2) Strong permanent magnetic adsorption conveying and feeding (suitable for carbon steel workpieces. Workpiece size ≥ 30mm×30mm×1mm).

3. Servo lifting, digital setting of lifting height, display accuracy 0.01mm.

4. Optional demagnetizer at the magnetic adsorption outlet to demagnetize the workpiece.

5. Equipped with wet vacuum cleaner or stainless steel automatic paper belt filter to handle grinding dust and achieve environmentally friendly production.
