Product application scope:

LSB series machines include single-sided or double-sided multi-station combination models with steel hammer belt + sanding belt + abrasive box brush belt. The equipment can realize the one-time processing of slag and burrs formed by laser cutting, shearing, plasma cutting, flame cutting, and stamping of metal sheets, and can evenly remove slag, burrs, holes, and edge rounding on one or both sides.

Equipment configuration

1. Equipment processing width: 800mm, 1000mm, 1350mm, 1600mm, 2000mm, 2200mm, 2500mm equipment processing

2. Equipment processing thickness: 0.5-80mm.

3. Conveying and feeding speed: 0.5-3m/min (adjustable by frequency conversion).

4. Optional feeding methods:

(1) Rubber roller clamp feeding (applicable to all metal workpieces. Workpiece length ≥300mm).

(2) Strong permanent magnetic adsorption conveying and feeding (applicable to carbon steel workpieces. Workpiece size ≥30mm×30mm×1mm single-sided processing)

(3) Vacuum negative pressure adsorption conveying and feeding (applicable to stainless steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates, etc. that are not magnetically adsorbed.

4. Workpiece size ≥50mm×50mm×0.5mm single-sided processing).

5. Roller brush station servo lifting, processing thickness servo lifting control, display accuracy 0.01mm.

6. The whole machine CNC PLC touch screen adjusts the processing parameters.

7. Equipped with a wet vacuum cleaner or an industrial pulse vacuum cleaner to handle grinding dust and achieve environmentally friendly production.
